Fees & Policies
Individual psychotherapy sessions are 55 minutes in duration, with a fee of $155 (taxes included).
Couples and family sessions are 55 minutes in duration, with a fee of $180 (taxes included).
For couples and families, I also offer 75-minute sessions upon request, with a fee of $200 (taxes included).
Fees are subject to change.
I have limited sliding scale spaces in my practice. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this option, and I can let you know if there is availability at this time. My sliding scale range is $90-120 (taxes included).
I require 24 hours notice for cancellations without charge. If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice, full payment is required.
Services provided by Registered Psychotherapists in private practice are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), however fees are covered by many employer benefits plans.
If you have extended health benefits through your employer, contact your insurance provider or human resources representative to inquire if therapy services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist are covered by your plan. You can also ask about the coverage allowances per session, and per year.
Building trust and ensuring confidentiality are essential to a strong therapeutic relationship. I comply with all confidentiality guidelines as set out by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Your information will be kept safe and secure. There are a few exceptions to confidentiality when safety concerns arise; this will be explained during our first session, and I’ll be sure to answer any questions you may have.
